We are about to bid farewell to the pioneering and enterprising year of 2024 and usher in the hopeful year of 2025. At this beautiful moment of ringing out the old and ringing in the new, I, on behalf of Changchun Nanhu Experimental Zhonghai Primary School, would like to extend our New Year's greetings to all teachers and students, and to extend our sincere holiday greetings and wonderful New Year wishes to all leaders at all levels, friends from all walks of life, parents of students, and alumni at home and abroad who have supported the development of our school!

The past year of 2024 was a year when we strove ahead on our journey of preparation for the examination.

Looking back on this year, we have strived for our careers and chased our dreams. We have made sacrifices, experienced joy, shown perseverance, and embarked on new journeys. This is a robust response. The year 2024 marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, a crucial year for fully implementing the essence of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and also a year for further optimizing the school's strategy and boosting confidence.

The school successfully bid for the 4th China Basic Education Forum, providing school education cases for high-quality education development; it was awarded the National Excellent STEM Education School, pushing science education to a new level; it signed a cooperation framework agreement with the School of Physics, Jilin University, further enriching the school curriculum and science education system; it invited Professor Michael Nakula, a world-renowned psychologist and educator from the School of Education, University of Pennsylvania, to visit and guide our school... The school has won many honors, including the National Excellent STEM Education School (only one in Jilin Province for primary schools), the Excellent Organization Unit for the Jilin Province STEM Education "Thematic Project-Based Learning" Case Collection Activity, and the First Prize in the Choir Primary School Group of the 11th Hong Kong International Music Festival 2024 Music Competition.

The voice of Zhonghai can be heard on major media at the central, provincial, and municipal levels. Multiple media outlets such as China News Service, China Jilin Network, and Jilin Daily have repeatedly publicized and reported on our school, further enhancing its educational influence and reputation. These soft powers have given the school more momentum for high-quality development. As the saying goes, "In spring, flowers bloom; in autumn, fruits ripen. With abundant harvests, the vision of 'an influential school in Jilin Province' is turning into reality!"!

The high-quality party building work system has been continuously improved, leading the school's undertakings to achieve comprehensive, deep-level, and leapfrog development. Principal Yang Bo was awarded the title of Special-grade Teacher;

Deputy Secretary Wang Wei was named as the host of the Jilin Province Primary School Music Master Studio;

Teacher Dong Shu won the first prize for excellent teaching in the observation and demonstration event of primary and secondary school physical education and health classes in the three provinces and one autonomous region in Northeast China;

In the "Second Collection of Typical Cases of Interdisciplinary Theme Learning" activity organized by the Interdisciplinary Teaching Guidance Committee for Basic Education of the Ministry of Education, the typical case of "Interdisciplinary Theme Learning" teaching design for primary school physical education and health, submitted by five teachers from our school, namely Dong Shu, Han Chao, Fan Canghai, Wang Ziyi, and Meng Fanhe, stood out from 1,000 valid cases and won the national second prize; ‍

Five teachers, Zhu Yingying, Guo Zilong, Yu Jing, Zhu Xiaolin, and Fu Kunlun, have been selected as "2024 Jilin Provincial Key Teacher Training Candidates";

Five teachers, Zhu Yingying, Wang Jiaying, Cao Haixin, Li Mo, and Zhu Xiaolin, have been awarded the title of "Part-time Teaching Researcher in Jingyue District";

Duan Jingjing, Meng Lingli, and 39 other teachers were awarded the title of "Key Teachers of Changchun City";

Teacher Wang Jiaying was awarded the title of "Primary School Mathematics Master Teacher" in the first session of the Jingyue District Teaching Master Selection;

Thirty-two teachers, including Zhang Ruiren and Li Hongyao, won first, second, and third prizes in the 7th "Jingyue Cup" teaching competition held in Jingyue District;

The lesson examples of seven teachers, including Zhang Lu and Jiang Zaize, were rated as district-level quality courses in the 2024 basic education quality course activity; ‍‍

Teachers Li Qi and Zhou Lu won the first prize in the Changchun Comprehensive Department's lesson presentation competition.

Educational research plays a pioneering role in promoting the development of education, deepening comprehensive educational reforms, and serving educational decision-making and educational practice. In terms of scientific research, our school has successfully initiated 32 projects: including 3 national-level projects, 5 provincial-level projects, and 24 municipal-level projects; 35 projects have been successfully concluded: including 3 national-level projects, 14 provincial-level projects, and 18 municipal-level projects. There are 38 scientific research achievements at all levels: including 3 national-level scientific research achievements, 1 provincial-level scientific research achievement, and 34 municipal-level scientific research achievements.

Three people went to Nuremberg, Germany to participate in the competition and all won the gold award;

15 individuals were awarded second prize in the "Creative Flower Window" project at the Dalian station of the National Future Engineers Expo and Competition, and in the "Dreamer's Paradise" project at the Wuhu station of the competition;

Two students were selected to participate in the national competition of the 14th National Youth Science Video Festival, and one of them went to Beijing to compete and won the "AI Exploration Rising Star" award;

Eighty-five individuals were awarded first, second, and third prizes respectively in the 12th Jilin Provincial Youth Science and Technology Film Festival and Science and Technology Innovation Competition, with one recommended to proceed to the national level competition;

27 people were awarded first prize, second prize, third prize, and excellence award respectively in the Changchun Youth Aerospace Model Championship;

14 people won gold, silver, and bronze medals respectively in the national finals of the AILD Labor Skills and Intelligent Design Competition in the categories of "Precision Drone Control", "Endurance and Distance (Creative Structure)", and the Jilin division finals.

Thirteen people won the first, second, and third prizes respectively in the Jilin Provincial Youth Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Aerospace Model (UAV Project) Championships;

Thirty people won awards in the micro-video resource collection activity of "Exploring the Mysteries of Science, Opening the Window of Wisdom" in Jingyue District;

Six individuals were awarded first and second prizes respectively at the 25th "Flying to Beijing, Flying to Space" Aerospace Model Competition and Educational Event;

Three people won awards in the Beidou Cup National Youth Aerospace Science and Technology Experience and Innovation Competition;

75 individuals achieved excellent results, winning the third place and second prize in Jilin Province in the "Running Man • Youth" Junior Dry Ice Hockey Championships, Frisbee-Dodgeball Open Tournament, and CDBL National Dodgeball Experimental School Exchange Competition;

In the "2024 Jilin Province Campus Cheerleading Championships", we won the first place in the Elementary Mixed Group - Free Choice of Collective Jazz Movements; and the third place in the Elementary Mixed Group - Flower Ball Campus Cheerleading Demonstration Routine (Third Set);

In the 2024 National Softball and Baseball Championships, Jilin Provincial Baseball and Softball Championships, and Changchun City Baseball and Softball Championships, we respectively achieved the runner-up position in the U10 glove group, the champion in the U8 barehanded group, the third place in the U10 barehanded group, the third place in the U10 glove group, the third place in the U12 throwing and hitting group, and the runner-up position in the U10 glove group;

"In the '2024 Third National Children's Martial Arts Championships', we won four gold medals, nine silver medals, and eight bronze medals.";

2025 marks the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Currently, the nation's need for education is more urgent than ever. As we strive to build a strong nation through education, what role can China Overseas Land and Investment (COOEC) play? The clarion call beckons, and we must persevere and continue to strive!

We should maintain the clarity of "not fearing floating clouds obscuring our vision" and the perseverance of "sticking to a blueprint to the end", and unite our thoughts and efforts.

Those who share the same aspirations do not consider mountains and seas as obstacles; those who are of one mind do not regard the sun and moon as limits.
