【Nanhu Experimental Yinhe Primary School】Rhythms of Autumn· Vitality in Bloom --The 27th Autumn Track and Field Sports Meeting
Guided by the philosophy of “Vitality Education”, this sports meeting centers on the core tenets of “Participation, Health, Growth and Dreams”. Through competitions, it showcases the literacy and skills developed through curricular exploration. Amid stirring drumbeats that ignite youthful ambition, more than 2,500 students, 200 teachers and over 600 parents jointly presented a spectacular opening ceremony, a wonderful integration of youth and vitality.
The teachers’ parade formation demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and set fine examples for the students. The parents’ contingent presented silk banners as a token of recognition for the school, acting as a solid backbone and loyal partners. Performances by 60 class contingents took to the stage one after another, radiating energy and enthusiasm. During the opening ceremony, Principal Tian encouraged the athletes to strive wholeheartedly on the field and achieve growth through competitions.
Held over two days, this sports meet marked a pioneering event in Yinhe’s history, with parades by every class and participation by every student. It featured more than 30 events, including standard track and field competitions, group contests, fun games and parent-child activities. More than 2,900 teachers and students took part, supported by 600 parent volunteers. At the closing ceremony, gold, silver and bronze medals were awarded for individual events, along with trophies and silk banners for team events. These are honors for the children. In Yinhe, both efforts and achievements are recognized and celebrated.
This year’s class parades featured remarkable highlights. An online voting activity was launched as a key part of the selection for the Civilized Ethics Award. Parents from all 60 classes participated enthusiastically, casting 200,000 votes within 15 hours, with three classes each receiving more than 20,000 votes. Based on scores for audience viewing discipline, interactive engagement , venue layout and cleanliness, parade performance, as well as online voting results, the first, second and third prizes of the Civilized Ethics and Discipline Award were selected, allowing the spirit of civility to flourish throughout the sports meeting.
